Mind/Body Training & Entrainment

Training is a conscious (and partially subconscious) form of teaching and learning, while entrainment is unconscious with a subconscious component. Each approach complements and enhances the other.

The seat of intelligence and learning is neither exclusively in the mind nor the body, but in the entire Human Being. Every cell has the inherent capability to learn and to remember. Our cells, tissues, organs and systems constantly adapt to change, and can, if need be, actually transform themselves to perform alternative and additional functions in order for us to survive.
