As many of you know, "training" involves the conscious mastery of a subject through the utilization of the senses and the customary learning techniques while you are either fully conscious or in an hypnotic or other altered state of increased receptiveness, focus and suspended disbelief. Subliminal learning is actually a training approach, despite its subtlety.

Entrainment is very different, but very efficient. The theory behind entrainment is that the body and the brain, in particular, have certain propensities to mimic (or to synchronize or harmonize) certain outside sounds, motions and other influences. This curious re-patterning takes place without our conscious or even subconscious participation - it is vibrational and mechanical.
